Community health facilities exist throughout the Hunter New England Local Health District, providing a number of healthcare options outside acute facilities (hospitals).

Multidisciplinary teams provide prevention, early intervention, rehabilitation, transition and therapy services.

Community Health Centres operate from Monday - Friday. For most services appointments are required, with many requiring a referral. Please visit the page of the service you require for additional information.
